Add Tens to Any Number Game

Add Tens to Any Number First Grade is a great way to teach the concept of adding tens to any number. Place in a center or make multiple copies to play all over your room. Give a game board and cards included to 2-3 students. Add dice and game pieces and your students will be playing a game adding tens to any number!

1. Cut apart the game cards.
2. Give 2-3 students a game board, game cards, dice, and place markers!
3. Throw in a number chart.  Students might add using a hundred chart.
4. Student draws a card, answers the question and moves forward.
5. First one to the end wins!

More pictures. I had this game sitting up all over the room with my first grade littles playing it at once. I put 2-3 kiddos per game board since they are small.
